Mike and Kyle met in the wood shop at the University of Arizona School of Architecture. The shared ethic was simple: the person who gets the dirtiest usually understands the material best. That competition—iron sharpening iron—still drives the studio. Both of us remain hands-on builders who also happen to be proud girl-dads.
